SCA CAFE OWNER
The course equips all coffee shop owners with the necessary knowledge and skillsaccording to the standards of the International Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). Along with that, you will learn how to build a restaurant menu, how to set up equipment, recruit staff and much more. The only course at HQJ School that connects students directly with reputable equipment suppliers in the industry and high quality roasted coffee shops.

40 hours of study (5 days, 8:30 - 17:30) + 1 exam day immediately after the course (for candidates who register for the SCA certification exam)
