HQJ Coffee School is the only and first place in Southeast Asia to train Q Graders, certified by the Q Professional Venue. It was established based on the collaboration between the top 3 Specialty Coffee Companies in Taiwan, Vietnam, and Malaysia, namely HWC Roasters, Quest Coffee, and JWC.

Sam Choi is the CQI instructor for the Q Arabica Grader and Q Robusta Grader courses.
Sam Choi is an educator and coffee expert working on Arabica and Fine Robusta across Southeast Asian countries.
Sam Choi is also a Certified Instructor of the SCA (SCA Authorized Trainer) for Green Coffee, Sensory Skills, Roasting, Brewing, and Barista Skills.
Additionally, instructor Sam serves as the Head Judge for the World Roasting Championship and a Sensory Judge for the World Brewers Cup.
