Who is Yimara Martinez Agudelo?
Yimara Martinez Agudelo, a seasoned lecturer with 16 years of experience in the coffee industry from Cauca, Colombia, prides herself as the daughter of small coffee producers.
Having taught in numerous countries, she currently leads the Post-Harvest Processing Program at the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Fluent in Spanish and English, Yimara is passionate about sharing her vast knowledge with coffee growers and enthusiasts, with a special interest in learning, roasting, and evaluating coffee quality.
